tab at the top left of the WCMS text editor, and selectPaste as text
from the drop-down menu.- I'm experiencing invalid XML errors
An invalid XML error happens after you add your content to a page, news, or event. This error will prohibit you from submitting or saving a draft until you fix the error.
The most common error is not "pasting as text" when you copy from Microsoft Word. Microsoft adds their code to text without you seeing a change and does not work with the WCMS.
Special characters should be avoided like the ampersand.
Make sure you click the

tab at the top left of the WCMS text editor, and selectPaste as text

- My images look stretched, skewed, too large, or too small
The College WCMS Framework requires uploaded images to be certain dimensions. If your images are the wrong width or height in pixels, they might show up stretched, skewed, too large, or too small. View the complete list of image dimensions.
- My changes to a faculty, staff, or student profile aren't showing up on list pages
When you update a person's profile, you'll also have to re-publish any pages that person's profile appears on, such as faculty list pages.
Most of the time, you can fix this problem by publishing the entire folder of people, such as
about/faculty
