Buttons
Use “Call to Action” (CTA) buttons to help users complete tasks and move through your website. These belong at the end of a section or the bottom of a page.
- Text in a CTA button should be actionable.
- Users should be able to cover the rest of the text on the page and still understand the CTA button.
- Do not use any punctuation in CTA buttons.
- Capitalize the first word only, unless the CTA contains a proper noun.
- Only two buttons should be listed in the same section. If you need more, consider using interactive panels.
-
Call-to-action buttons are left-justified on the page.
