In the College, we use the H3 size in the WCMS for headlines. We use H5 size for sub-headlines. All headlines follow the same capitalization guidelines. Headlines are not written in title case, although you should capitalize proper nouns, titles, etc. Use sentence case, but do not use end punctuation unless the headline is a question. Headlines are left-justified on the page.
Use a “+” symbol to replace “and” in headlines.

Do not use “+” in a headline if “and” is part of an official title or degree program.
